Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 September 2026

This policy explains what information speakerdustcleaner.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to this website only.

The short version

The cleaning tool runs entirely in your browser. It does not use your microphone, does not record anything, and does not send any audio to us. We do not ask you to create an account and we do not sell personal information.

Information we collect

Information you give us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it to reply and keep it only as long as needed for that conversation.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our server and analytics record basic technical details when you visit: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and time of visit. This is used to understand traffic levels and fix problems.

What the tool does not collect

The cleaning tones are generated in your browser. No microphone access is requested, no audio is recorded, and none of your tool settings are transmitted to us or stored on your device.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site uses them in three ways:

  • Necessary cookies that keep the site working correctly
  • Analytics cookies that count visits and show which pages are used
  • Advertising cookies set by Google and its partners, described below

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. The tool will still work, but some parts of the site may behave differently.

Advertising and Google AdSense

This site displays advertising to cover its running costs.

Third-party vendors set their own cookies and we do not control them. Their handling of your data is governed by their privacy policies, not ours.

Analytics

We use analytics software to see how many people visit and which pages are popular. Reports show aggregate patterns rather than identified individuals. Analytics providers process this data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Why we are allowed to process this data

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent for advertising and analytics cookies, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working for necessary technical data.

How long we keep data

Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form. Emails are kept while the conversation is active and deleted when no longer needed.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers that make the site work, such as our web host, analytics provider and advertising partners, and where we are legally required to disclose it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent. To make a request, email rahulbambale143@gmail.com. We respond within thirty days.

Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom may also lodge a complaint with their national data protection authority.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, email us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable measures to protect the limited data we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to sites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
